Return/Exchange Instructions

Exchanges: 
    The best way to make an exchange is to re-order the item(s) needed and use the Return/Exchange form below to send back merchandise for a refund.
    Customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back for an exchange.

Packaging Your Return:  
    Please fill in and print this form, include it with your return.
    Please wrap your package securely.
    For your protection we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post to ship.

Returns Policy: 
    Any item(s) can be can be returned or exchanged for the purchase price of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
    (Does not include shipping charges.)
    Any order which received free shipping and was later returned in full will have shipping charges deducted from the refund.
    If the item(s) you have returned puts your order total below the discounted level, the discount amount given on your order will be deducted from your return
    Items returned after 30 days will receive a store credit for the lowest retail price; items returned after 60 days will receive a store credit less a 20% restocking fee.
    Items purchased between November 15th and December 24th are returnable until January 25th.
    We are not responsible for any damaged items or returns after 30 days of purchase.
    Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending merchandise back for a return.
    Returns of $200 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    Merchandise must be in its original saleable condition.
    If a player has been traded, any returns or exchanges for that jersey will only receive the new markdown price regardless when the purchase was made.

Non-returnable items: 
    Includes any jerseys which were customized.
    Special orders are not returnable.
